These are mostly MIG DDA flats. Very strategically located in South East Delhi. Has compound car parking spaces for residents.
Is a close community apartments compound. Is adjacent to Pocket 40, Chittaranjan Park and Kalkaji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Easily accessible. Bang on outer ring road. However complex is quite old and parking is very limited. All guest must park out side on service lane. Even it seems residents having multiple cars have to park extra car out. Still good greenery and old charm exist.
