1. Work life balance will be doomed,
2. Only managers are safe here, not for developer,
3. After one or two year your identity will be lost, you will be confused about your skill sets, job search will be difficult
4. Anytime fire without information
5. Management will try to demoralize you, you may lost your confidence,
6. Believe me this is a trap of life
7. good thing is flexible timing, but it doesn't mean you will come and go anytime. It's mean you will get call anytime for work, even weekends and holidays such Pujas etc.
