★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought window AC from this Shop they were like so polite and helpful to sell their product, since it's their responsibility to educate the customer about the product they are selling they are fooling people with whatever they could say just to sell their products... I had a very bad experience with this shop I would recommend all never to buy anything from this shop ... I don't want anyone to suffer like me at the moment

They are fooling customers. Pathetic customer service and the owner spoke to me said we can’t do anything I don’t take ownership of any products I don’t make it at my home. Even the staff abused with me. I want to say that never buy any electronics item from this shop. They are pathetic

I buy samsung washing machine but it has dent and we have asked for replacement and the good thing is they have replaced so quickly within 2 days. There is slightly hassel during this time but atlast we have replaced with new one. Thanks to Sunny who is helpful and listen customer issues. Will definitely prefer bercos whenever we buy any new electronic product.

They will sell you repaired/second hand products on high discount.
I bought LG washing machine and it stopped working on the first day.The product manual was missing. The machine had lots of scratches.
Please avoid visiting this store and wasting your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad electronic store.They are not delivered the product on time. Not good for marriage purpose purchase. When you purchase from here for marriage , they not delivered on time . Your function wait but they are not solving your problem. Staff is not good. They are blaming on each other. Salesman says it's falt of office and person sit on counter says that it's falt of salesman, then purchaser will decide what can he do on that condition.Your function is delayed due to that person's.If you wants to delayed you lagan ceremony then purchase from here.
