★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is new Delhi station platform number 16 side, also it's the same side where metro station is there.
Army mco is also on this side.
Place is always crowded as it's a railway station. ATM is there, restaurant like Comesome is also there. Escalator is also present .
Multiple entry Gates are there , a big screen is there in the platform side to check out your train timings and all related information.
Place is getting better day by day ??
Platform tickets multiple counters are available here. When you exit from metro Burger King is also there just on the left side of your exit.
Station is clean and bedding is also available . There is a waiting lounge available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busiest station in North India. Being at capital of India you can travel to any part of India from Delhi. Station is beautiful and clean and security checks are really good, food points for passengers are available at reasonable prices. Total 16 platforms are there accessible from two sides of station.

Good thing is that security is very tight here, any girl stay safe to feel entire premises but after than always alert from pick pockets. * Ola cab services * Prepaid auto rickshaw * And 24 hours their auto rickshaw available they're but always bargain them otherwise they will more charge you. If you reach here by metro than there are many gates which directly reach you to the railway station so always exit Gate no. 1 for reaching the railway station. * New Delhi railway station connects with also Airline's metro, which is also just walking distance. * There are total 16 platforms so if you want to exit from the station and want to e rickshaw than always exit after 16 number platform side.
Very big railway station all filled with peoples. More than 16 platform are there. Electronic display are there present for the convenience of the traveller. Automatic tickets vending machines are there. Rob Water facility is also available. Parking structures is also big. Taxi, auto rickshaw and bus facilities are available just outside the railway station. Authority are very helpful but sometimes not.

Most cleaned station. Kudos to the Cleaning and Maintenance Staff as they are taking care of a most crowded Station of the World.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gate 2 is Towards Ajmeri Gate side. You have to take exit from Platform No. 16. You will find Metro Station in just 100 metres from main gate.
There is also a new multi-storey outlet for food and beverages opened outside where you can find big brands like McDonalds, KFC, Wow Momos and many more including Domino's as well.
Lounge, ticketing and other facilities are also available including local transport facilities and car parking for public!
