★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had given my wall clock for repair and was told to collect it in 2 days....we called after 2 days and were told that the spare part will come in a day so to collect it after 2 more days. On the 3rd day we went and were assured of its delivery on Wednesday and that there was no need to call and come and collectit..we gave it one more day and went on thursday evening and what a welcome..uncle started off by saying it is not ready you should have called these clocks take 20 days to repair so I told him you should have told us that...all in all a harrowing experience...extremely rude and aggressive and arrogant staff....all this when you have done exactly as told...
