★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I am the ryt person to say about NIACL as I am presently working in new india in the capacity of assistant......I know its verry good ...because its a largest General insurance company in India which comes under category of PSU ( Govt of India undertaking) . My colleague are also very kind and they are supportive too. Environment is like you are not tortured by anyone and not everthing,but most of the things are done in ryt direction .Even the bosses (including Chief Manager) working in new india assurance are so polite and they believe equality more than thier authority and usage of power.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling the office on the registered phone numbers mentioned on my policy for more than a year for motor insurance claim and there has been no response, moreover they have stopped picking calls.
There has been no update since then and no response.
I would STRONGLY suggest to NOT get a policy from this branch
