★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My mother got an expensive sari from here but upon attempting to prepare the sari at home for pico and fall, it was getting torn along its folds. We took it back to the shop to request for a replacement but were dealt in a most unwelcoming way. There was this bald guy sitting at the counter who yelled like crazy, without having the courtesy to even look at the sari properly. We strictly feel that they should realize their mistake and have a proper regard towards their customers. (P.S: We have not interacted with all the boys in the shop and this review is limited to the experience we had).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 950 rs designer saree without opening all the folds while buying, putting entire trust on the brand. On reaching home, found few white patches inside, which happens typically if the print gets skipped between creases. Clearly a manufacturing defect, on habing taken the item for éxchabge today, got to know they are out of stock. My suggestions to all the buyers - ask the shopkeeper to show you the saree opening all the folds while doing the purchase. Later, it's very difficult to manage

It's located near Behala Tram Depot & is a reputed shop in Behala.

Has a wide range of Desi sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, salwar kameez but a bit on the costly side.
Quality & colors are satisfactory & the staff are hospitable.
