★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an i10 from the shop. 11 years old car, when I took to Hyundai Service centre, Kalyannagar for general servicing found that suspension, clutch etc needs to replaced immediately. We have incurred a cost of Rs 60,000. My thought is at point of sale the general condition of the car should had been assessed by the seller Siddiq as this is the business domain they are in. The shop only verifies the authenticity of documents and previous accidents is what the seller Siddiq told me, however that is not where an intermediary dealing in cars should stop at. As a buyer we expect a minimum guarantee of checks and balances
