Horrible service! And Overpriced!!
They have charged doubled rate of RT-PCR (compared to others) and I haven't received the results till 5 days. Completely useless!
Whichever doctor's suggest this, is only doing for commission.

I was told that my covid report will take 48 hours, but it's been 5 days I haven't received my report.. And the best part, they aren't concerned At All...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technicians are not qualified. The service is really bad. Would suggest opting some other diagnostic centre. We go there to find out about our ailments and get a good treatment but they don't give the reports on time. The precision of their reports also i highly doubt. People see LIFE as business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our father for his ECG here because he was feeling slight pain in his chest. First they took the ECG at 9:30am and when we went to collect the report at 11am at that time they are telling us that they will have to take the ECG again which they should have immediately informed us by calling instead of wasting time. We brought my father again for the ECG immediately. They did the ECG and said they will call us to take the report when it is ready. They called us around 1:30pm and gave us the report. When I generally asked the respective person if there is something serious in the ECG she said we can't say anything about it. When we took my father to the general physician he said he has already had a minor attack as per the ECG and needs immediate attention from a cardiologist. What I felt was wrong on their side is their casual attitude while completing the report preparation work in time and guiding the patient and their relative by simply adding that there might be a serious problem kindly see a cardiologist immediately. They wasted our time from 9:30 to 1:30. After 1:30pm in the afternoon most doctors are not available. The issue was so serious, we had to immediately go for angiography and angioplasty. Please don't visit such diagnostic centre which lack professionalism and quality service. Also the person doing ECG wasn't aware how to do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are understaffed. When we went to take ECG, there was only one person attending 3 patients. Plus he didn't where to place the ECG leads. They kept our patient laying down without doing things in proper time. They didn't take the ECG correctly. We were waiting for the results but where asked to bring the patient again. After taking the ECG for the second time, they gave the report very late. We weren't able to meet the doctor in time because of the delay. Kindly don't visit such diagnostic centers, life is precious
