They are just like a normal studio photographer. Not great. This one star is only for the pics they take which are average and not great.
Their after sales service is very poor. Poor communication, lacks professionalism to a very great extent.
I had booked them for my Brothers wedding. As the Video needed some changes, I was asked to provide a hard Drive as they could not afford one more DVD. I gave them my 2 TB Hard Drive. Leave making changes in the Video, they returned the Hard Drive after 1.5 years. Actually they did not return, I had to force and beg them to return MY drive. Every time I called to ask for the Drive, I was told it will be delivered. When I reached Borivali voluntarily, even after informing them a day in advance, I was told, they were busy and not at home. I was assured the Drive will be delivered in a day or two. From then, everytime I called, I was assured, the drive will be delivered to me but that day never came. Finally, I lost my patience and called them, again I was told that the do not have a person and they will deliver in a couple of days. From then, they stopped answering my calls. So I decided to start using wats app. Same result, no reply to my messages. Finally, they replied to my message and mentioned that they cannot deliver and that I will have to collect. I insisted that as I had come to Borivali and they could not give me the Drive then, now its their responsibility to deliver it. Finally, I gave up and said that I will come to pick up the Drive. A full day an a half passed but they did not provide the address from where I had to collect the drive. Thanks to google I could locate the address and straight to studio. I swear I wanna see the surprising look on that Lady's face again. She was surprised to see me on how the hell I reached without she giving me the address. I was then asked to wait for 2 hours as the Drive was at her home. Finally I got my drive. I am sure they used it all this while and hence, they never returned. As while returning, she rechecked if they had any of their data on my drive.
After all of this what was astonishing is that she was not even apologetic about the behavior and how I was treated. They should have been ashamed of how they had behaved and should have thanked me that they could use the Drive all this while. But no nothing no sorry no thank you.
P.S. Please beware. Do not recommend booking them. If you avail their service, please make sure you retain some amount until you receive the complete service, else you will repent for this.
