★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respect once you pay the money. Not worth for money. Worst customer experience and worst handling of stock which results in damaged goods. Because of crowd you are pushed and small damages goes unnoticed. If you come for exchange next day, you will asked to come on a different day.if you go again, they will tell different rules. You will be treated as if you are begging for free product and the shop is the Lord giving you free goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at the shop me being a regular customer. I used to take it very positive these days even if I feel bad but today it was extreme. They don't know how to treat customers. Owner was very harsh and he himself doesn't know how to treat customers. He doesn't have manners. If workers don't treat usuwell we can always complain to owner. If owner itself not behaving propely where to go we as a customers? His behaviour and attitude was very rude and harsh.
When we go for selecting the items they show only minimal items even if they have more collectins. If we go for exchange then gone don't expect a respect from them and they dont even show anything to see at all. This what ever I said including the owner who sits at the cashier place. Finally when i went for exchange i had to get my money back after fighting cos they didn't show anything to select at all.
Worst experience I ever faced. Better not to visit this kind of shops. You have many shops in maruthinagar who treat customer well and who respects you. Please visit those shops where you can maintain your Dignity.
Most of the customers are unhappy with this shop if we see the reviews am one amongst them. If this continues and they don't correct themselves even after checking this kind of reviews we being a customers need to take some actions and make them to close the business itself when they don't know how to treat customers this business is not worth for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop in Bangalore , plz don't prefer this shop , the owner don't know how to speak with customers ,I purchased one dress , it was damaged , with in 15min I updated him he not responding then I went he was told not now come after two days and then I went that he is not showing interest to show dresses and they are showing which they interest to give not our wish , then finally I took With out interest , again they increased cost and I felt to very bad to argue soo paid and took dress and came back plz don't goo anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible owner! Worst experience ever! Owner doesn’t know how to talk, most ill behaved owner and talks harsh to every customer.
The shop gives a damn to its customers, I had done heavy amount purchases earlier in this shop due to an emergency but due to the sick behavior of the owner I stopped going. Recently I went after a long long time and I was no surprised to see the same arrogant, disgusting behavior of the owner. He really did not allow me in talking the same arrogant way...although the shop had very few customers then.
Have seen multiple poor reviews about this owner and it feels pathetic to see the way he disregards its customers who are the source of his daily bread n butter.
We should really stand together as customers against such arrogant business men.
