★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered idli and dosa there and what I see there was mosquito inside idli. It was my third visit in Udupi delicacy every time I order idli dipped in sambhar this time I ordered idli and Sambhar separate I found that insect inside which was really very embarrassing. I did the complaint to store manager about it he ordered one more idli for me which I refused to take. This was my bad experience with Udupi. I don't think I will visit again. I will not recommend this to anyone because they are careless in term of maintaining hygiene.

But the counter person was very rude not only with me but with everybody. I took South Indian meals the sambar was very watery... It was not like sambar.. Rassam was good. Although....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even a star is not worth. Chutney was rotten early in the morning with Idily & kesari bath was not well cooked. Despite letting the manager know, he was not bothered & neither offered a refund or a replacement. Pathetic behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took One plate of Set Dosa & Chow chow bath (Khara Bath & Kesari Bath).
Both the items were no good, Chutney was spoiled and then he gave the fresh chutney. Khara Bath was not good at all and the worst part of Kesari bath was, rava in it was not boiled properly.
When we told this to cashier, he didn't even offer different food for us. He just walked off from their.
Very very very costly as well!!!! will never ever go to this Hotel again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food quality is good BUT those two idiots sitting in counters have no manner and are not professional. Don't have sense to talk to customer. These two are yelling shouting while customer drinking coffee.
What a pathetic and unprofessional junks in counters... Wish to fire them out right away from their jobs not meant to be in hotel industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 idli and 1 vada and 1 extra vada. With packaging and food , it cost 120. See the portion of food. Is this is a packaging? Wrapping with papper. No container. And see the curry it's even not enough for 2 idli.. too costly and do not have enough food too...
