★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Owner of this shop and a lady don't know how to talk with the customer's. They must learn first how to deal with customers. Always poke to try another brand, still i clearly said, i used this brand only. Prices are too high as comparison to other shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff. One lady kept on blabbering about the Olay cosmetics even though we were not interested, and clearly mentioned the same to her. When we moved in to other sections, she kept following us. The worst moment was when I said something to my mom and she eavesdropped on us and tried to counterargument my point. She kept pointing out my mom's skin problems and mocking us for using products other than Olay's. She said if Jovees (the product that we use) is so good why is it not improving your skin issues. We had to leave this shop because of her annoying attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good service. I requested my partner to buy product from this store and recommended the brand but what we got in return was just a wrapper and empty inside. This is the most pathetic experience of my life from such a recognised brand. How you guys are now in a business where class and customer service is the key driving factor. Guys i would still recommend the brand but dont even dare to try this store. I m sure if they are doing once they would be doing this again and again and it would there regular practice.

I went there to buy some stuff and the staff just attacked me with their offers etc. Each person is allotted a stand of a brand for example maybelline and they just persuade you to buy things without asking anything like what's your requirement or your budget etc. A staff actually went on and on about a brand and wouldn't shut up. They just want you to buy the priciest thing. I was so exhausted, never going back there ever.

If you want to buy quality products then do not visit this shop. They sell duplicate products.
I went there to buy perfumes and the salesman continuously insisted me to buy a particular fragrance which was good and he claimed it would have good longevity, so I purchased two fragrances. But after coming to home I applied them and they even did not lasted for 15 minutes.
Moreover, they were doing {"tax evasion"} as they made a bill of 185 rupees though my purchase was of 480 rupees. These people are the greatest hurdle in the development of our nation. Government must keep an eye on these activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased colorbar kiss proof lipstick from them but it is so low in quality that it donot stay in for even 5 mins. It starts cracking in layers as soon as u apply. Either they are providing very low quality copied lipsticks or Colorbar has reduced its standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only if I could give -minus review. I would have. No doubt is store ke itne gande reviews h cause yeh log ek saal purane products dete h. I bought a perfume for 1800 and they gave the product which was made In 2020 and only one year left for it to expire. I opened the polythene wrap cause I didn't notice it before and called the store to exchange it and they denied to help. They're not at all customer centric and sell their customers with almost expired products on overpriced rate. I'll never enter this store again.
