β β β β β Really pathetic experience. I stay nearby of this place and visited some times for some urgent purchase of cosmetics . The behavior of the staffs are very unprofessional , almost decline evertime to show the asked products and every tine the just try to push the other products as per their benificial deal . You can come to this shop if you are ready to make your shopping only as per the shop's staffs' good commission benifits .

β β β β β Good store for number of varities cosmetics products but customer service is poor. Staffs are not knowledgeable enough. One guy from neutrogena handed me with an invalid movie voucher of late with my purchase.

β β β β β The technicians are not well trained in make up or beauty.. they don't know how to swatch... The person at the counter used a dirty brush to apply foundation on my face.. it was lighter than my face and kept on insisting that it is the right shade.

β β β β β The experience in new u diamond plaza was extremely bad. I had asked for a concealer and the sales guy was setting me up to show a demo of foundation. When i asked for concealer again he tried to fool me by saying this is better than concealer. Then he understood that i was adamant to buy a concealer and started showing me the testers when i selected the shade he gave me the fresh piece of a lighter shade which i discovered only after coming home. The shop has various sales people and they attack you and fight among each other for selling their respective products and thus the entire experience of shopping in new u becones very unpleasant stressful and chaotic.

β β β β β Products are really in good stock..today I shopped here.BUT THE WOMAN WHO WAS SHOWING THE LAKME'S PRODUCTS BEHAVED SO MUCH BADLY AND NOT SHOWING EVERYTHING PROPERLY.SHE HAS NO MANNERS AT ALL.. the man who was showing maybelline's products he was really friendly and very good.
