★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought XL6 Zeta thru Nexa Museum road. From day1 of booking, RMs have made me struggle to get information on delivery, I was made to feel that this dealer is giving car for free.. very poor in coordination with customer, calls were not answered. Accesories were not provided at the time of delivery, no follow up, camera was not fitted properly.
I would never recommend Nexa Pratham Museum road to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the delivery of my New Ciaz 2018 couple of days before, overall buying experience was good. Welcoming staff, very humble and kind, good showroom space. As this showroom is located in the city centre, road test of automatic cars can be tested in the real life conditions.
Thought the buying experience was good, there are some areas that needs to be improved to deliver the best buying experience.
1. Car Cleanliness at the time of delivery should be improved also to be inspected thoroughly before presenting to the customer.
2. No Clarity on Basic Accessories - Customers should be given better clarity on what kind & quality of accessories will be provided in the Basic Accessories Kit. I brought the Top end Alpha variant, floor mats & boot mat provided was on of the worst quality and very cheap. However the Sales Executive has promised to replace, but fingers crossed.
3. Lack of Additional Accessories - Not all accessories are readily available. I had requested for Suzuki Connect & Rear Spoiler. Spoiler was NOT ready at the time of delivery & Suzuki Connect is still not activated.

Car Buying experience at Nexa Pratham Motors is truly world class. Everyone at Nexa truly make you feel special especially Harish.. he makes you feel special and proud. The whole experience is so memorable. Last but not the least Santosh, Moideen Uncle, Aarish and Shreeshanth are wonderful people at nexa. If you ever plan to buy a nexa car, Pratham Motors should be go to place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars. While we were planning to purchase Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Mr.Vinay Kumar S. from Pratham Motors, Museum road committed for a test drive on a Sunday morning. We called this person an evening on Saturday before to double confirm and prioritized this on a Sunday over other things that had to be cancelled. This person did not show up at the promised time and half n hour later when we called him, he stopped picking up our calls. After several attempts to reach him, he messaged us that it won't be possible that day. Didn't even have the courtesy to inform us proactively or atleast over a call. If this is the way you treat your customers, I feel lucky we found out that really early and decided never to buy a car from Pratham Motors, Museum Road. Absolutely PATHETIC customer service.
