★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the connection because of the price and the speed was good. But in the last 4months i am facing lots of issue in kendriya vihar sector 56. I had requested to sort this issue with customer care and the team changed the router to 50mbps instead of 100mbps. It really affected on my job, one of the best connection if you want please go and get the Airtel. They are the best with services and speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic Internet and consumer services I would not suggest to anyone to take their connection. I have not seen any lousy company like this one. Almost 10 months have been passed when I had requested for a new connection and made all the payment online as they asked for but due to some delay in installation I cancelled the connection request. But they did not refund my money yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it's a fraud company or their customer service staff are just way too lousy. Rather talk to a wall than try changing your internet plan. The internet speed post-connection is a total disappointment. Highly unstable. Go for ACT or Excitel if you reside in Delhi/NCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service from nextra . This is the worst company i ever experienced in my life. Such a poor service , Ill mannered , irresponsible customer support , no support from the area manager. NO guarantee of internet speed or connectivity . NEVER GONNA RECOMMEND NEXTRA TO ANYONE .........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Worthy of negative stars. My parents have this so called high speed connection in Delhi and the service reminds me the days of dial-up connection. Not to mention their useless customer service.
I think it’s easier to speak with credit card customer agent on phone than getting a luck to speak with Nextra customer agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is no negative star rating else I would have given that rating. Terrible internet service provider in Gurgaon. They do not pick up customer service number calls or do not reply to complaints on email. Go for Airtel or Jio fiber connection which is much better.
