★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pathetic workplace. I have suffered a lot of mental torture in this company. I was never given credit for my work. Poor pay, cheap management, office politics, and ridiculous hr policies pretty much sum up what Nexval is all about. Never join this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years back I had an interview here. They asked w8 for a month with a positive note and then replied "we are not sure about the position". Office environment and interview was good. Interviewers were also polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A company who can screw your career, worst management system of all time, all the higher management persons are corrupted and they always try to find the ways how they can demoraliz you and your self confidence. Salary structure is so poor even before joining they will promise you a tons of dreams but at the end of the month you will be at deepest place at the ground where you will be force to think why you join here.
Exit policy also bad, if they req they will throw you out in the middle of your service but if you would like to leave by yourself you need to wait for 3 month or more than that
Yes I am a X employee and after a 4.5 years of service I gone though a lot of problems day by day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled for an Interview but I could not attend as someone very close to my family died on that on that moment close to the interview time. HR was bit upset and little rude asking why I did not inform her before?
Is she serious? Was she okay ? No compassion, no sympathy ! If such a HR is there in a company , I personally will feel insecure and will never join

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work experience has been utterly disgusting. Although I can't speak for all the departments, but the demand generation team is awful. Other team members have been friendly and helpful. The HR is pretty good and understanding. Not a good place to work if you are in the marketing team at Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company to work with. Specially finance and hr team. I never got to know what happened to my PF amount. They use to deduct all my project allowance saying that I am not on client project when I was on product development.
