★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in Nike at the quest mall are unfriendly. Local boys who cant speak english dont make an ideal salesman. He was disinterested in showing me the shoes and made it look like he was doing me a favor. Whereas Adidas right next to it had English speaking reps who showed me lot of options and made me finalize a shoe. Overall Adidas made me feel much more comfortable than nike. Nike salesman need to have better attitude. I brought a Rs 13,000/- shoe from Adidas cuz of their overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best Nike outlet in kolkata. The collection of shoes are very good and the behaviour of the staffs are very polite and helpful in nature. But one thing is that i never saw any offers in this outlet. Rest everything is fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non interested salesperson! Bad experience. The salesperson I met there was mannerless ! Please make sure that you train them well. No knowledge about Jordans.. he basically laughed it off ! What the hell! We were left embarrassed.
