They have not only removed my mother from their senior citizen home, but also refused to entertain any request for return of the security deposit that I had paid for my mother in 2016. While the reason to remove was not adequately explained, they said that the Trustee Head has taken a unilateral decision to ask her to leave. Very unfortunate, and also resulted in loss of over Rs 1Lakhs. Even after few follow-up, they refused to entertain any discussions.
