Dr Bhaskar along with his team of teachers specially Abhay sir and Kunjal ma'am are the best in their respective fields. Their dedication towards yoga has brought me closer to knowing self and adopting yoga in my life. Whether online or offline ,the classes were equally interesting. It was a very enlightening journey and this experience will remain with me always.

Abhay sir is a phenomenal guru with and his very presence brings the right perspective in learning and practicing yoga. What I like most is about nirvikapa yoga classes are the regular meditation sessions, practice of chanting mantras and focus on overall well being

They teach yoga in its overall form which not only helps in physical and overall fitness but mental health too. Abhay sir is really good in teaching and very calmly and patiently teaches every yoga Asana. he has especially taught us the power of OM and meditation which has really helped me. Even if someone is a beginner, they can easily adapt. Go for it. OM?
