β β β β β Dr.Nisha Ma'am is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. I have hypermobile joints which mean I can sometimes over-extend in yoga poses and am prone to hurting my back. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. She also pays individual attention to people in the class. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose and has helpfully re-positioned me when Iβve over-extended. Highly recommended!β ???

β β β β β It's a great place to get healthier, fit, relax and meditate for all the age groups.
A great trainer nisha ji who keeps alive the traditional form of yoga with soo much of dedication and hardwork.
I have learned a lot and would suggest everyone to try this traditional ΰ€―ΰ₯ΰ€ instead of ΰ€―ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ€Ύ.

β β β β β It was great learning yoga at NJYA. My experience with Nisha ma'am is perfect. It was beautiful, simple and spiritual. Class always feels very thoughtful and I love the way that she weave yoga philosophy into each class. Even during online and offline sessions, she make sure to give equal attention to every student and work on their individual requirements being posture corrections, flexibility, weight loss or any other health issues and suggest some great remedies. I highly recommend this to everyone.

β β β β β Itβs almost 3 months, I have joined βNisha Joshi Yoga Academyβ. It is one of the best decision I have made. Initially, I joined this academy for fitness but to my surprise, I have witnessed a positive change in both ways : physically and mentally. Nisha maβam is a perfect example of βGood Teacherβ. Her speciality is her authentic methods of teaching yoga. She touch bases with all her student to make sure that the Yoga poses are adjusted according to studentβs health and requirement. Thank you Maβam ??

β β β β β (NJYA) is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga sheβs great to start with in a private session. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. (NJYA) has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice....Really it's very very very nice.

β β β β β Iβd done a little bit of yoga in the past, but only for flexibility. Nisha mam and her team is awesome instructors and started the session by explaining the spiritual side of yoga to us, which made this a totally new experience for me. Very peaceful and declaring setting, Iβd highly recommend!
