β β β β β The Yoga Institute, Indore is located in the heart of the city still it's ambience is so peaceful . Practicing and learning Yoga here has great benefits as Teachers (Yash Tongia and Amrita Sharma Tongia) here give in-depth knowledge of the Asanas pranayama as well as explain the yogic concepts. All the postures are done with the understanding of your breath and alignment. Yash and Amrita both are well learned and have done their Yoga course from Mumbai but are still very humble and down to earth. They always have a smile on their face which makes the session more cheerful. Keep it up The Yoga Institute Indore.
