This is a three floor gym. Top floor I.e fifth floor is where there was a spa and is now planned to have a dance/ zumba floor and the ladies changing room is here. the fourth floor is where the cardio machines and gents changing room, the third floor has the mean machines are it is where iron is pumped.
Trainers 4/5 All well mannered and are there to help unlike other places where the instructor only guide for the first day, here you have them guide you And are approachable. You can opt for a personal trainer if you want.
Equipment 4/5 good for the place and maintained.
Changing room 3.5 /5 nice place with lockers it is spacious but missing the hot showers had a steam room and is functional. Could add a hot shower.
Cleanliness 4/5 well managed and hygiene
Parking is available for car and bike.
This is a nice gym well managed and maintained the machines.
