?Didn't received Report as per his/ her
commitment.
? long waiting process
? testing manpower issue.
? memography machine issue
? Gynecologist : "call me after getting report and take my number as well as circulate in your friend circles ?. "
? management ledy said to senior citizens , do half pee and wait for sonography. Logically do you really think it will be possible.
? " Think before if you are going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for any diagnostic or medical test. They take so much time just to do registration. Need to keep on waiting for long time. Seriously not worth at all. Staff are also like they dont bother about your problem. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for my tests at 17.45 and the guard who was not in uniform said sir this is closed . So WHY ITS SHOWING OPEN On GOOGLE????? It's supposed to be shut at 18.00 hours on Sundays as per Google. Also your bill says REPORTS CAN BE COLLECTED TILL 22.00 HOURS ON OTHER DAYS, WHY SUNDAY IS CLOSED DOOR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gown today take a opiniment for CT scan . But the lady is not ready to se my file and not giving me proper information how I book my oppinment . She saying I have clients can’t talk now . Only she told me about the charge how much they will take. I ask her please give proper details but no . Than I ask next her person he saying she is doing her job . Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for a series of tests and I'd say the experience was a good one. The staff is courteous and helpful. All labs were very clean, and social distancing measures being followed strictly. There isn't much of a crowd for the regular tests, but for the Covid tests there is a long line daily.
One good feature is that for most of the tests you receive your reports by mail almost within 4hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good But if you are going for executive check up then thre is no fix process of moving from one test to other.Its like whosoever is running after staff to get their test done,se new people are lost.Dont expect you will be guided by them after registration. You time of test of booked early morning, there is a chance that you will be free from tests but doctors have still not come and you wait for hours.. like my appointment was of 8.30 am and I got free in two hours but for eye,gynaec,physician I had to wait.Dont send elderly parents alone,be with them to follow up from staff for your turn

Not good response from management.
If you are getting pee before sonography and there is waiting then they will suggest to do half pee ( really shame). They don't care about that we feel hunger if time is 2pm they say Jold it, it this response really frustrated me.
They say they are not ready add more testing machines, taking appointment more then there limits, asking us to wait even we missed our lunch.
Think wisely before you go there. And make sure to carry a lunch box. NM is not bothered for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NM Medical is the best Pathlab in Pune & this impression is in my mind since the time I have visited first time in November 2017. It has a very good infrastructure with almost all kind of tests/reports available under one roof, it operates right from 7.30 am to 9 pm, they try to deliver your reports as soon as possible & they have good quality of machines at the same time it's their practice to deliver reports to customer as soon as possible via electronic form or hard copies or both depending upon the need of customers. Last but not the least the behaviour of regular working staff is also very good & cooperative in all manners.
