★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of now, the nearest metro station to Dunlop area. Auto as well as TATA magic vans to various places can be availed from here. One of the "Magic van" route is Noapara, Jatin Das, Belghoria, Bally halt and Rajchandrapur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no doubts about the station cleanliness and services the large beautiful station with beautiful architecture.and the metro service are nice.
But the problem is about the outside area of the station. The aproch road of the station are very narrow and to much bad smell of the sewege canal.
the only communication to reach station is by auto (tuktuk). and if there is a heavy rainfall happens just forget to reach station or from the station to another place. The places become nightmare. Just nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noapara Metro Station is the largest station of the Kolkata Metro Line 1 situated in Noapara, Baranagar. It was inaugurated on 10 July 2013. These include four platforms with lengths of 182 meters, unlike other Kolkata Metro stations. The station has 2 stories, with 6 escalators and 4 elevators. There are also 31 CCTV cameras for increased security. The Kolkata Metro owns a 147-acre depot for maintenance and storage of rakes immediate east of the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good except the approaching road outside the station. The primitive and narrow underpass is just horrible ?. Multiple sharp bends along the approach road unnecessarily kill the travel time also. Authorities must think about the neighborhood development. In rainy season the metro facility goes out of bound for eager passengers. The neighborhood of the Station area is flooded with water from 'Bagjola canal ' , specifically the two rail underpasses are submerged totally.
