★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a Chemist they really shouldn’t have such strong air fresheners in the store. What are asthamatics and people with bronchitis etc supposed to do? I’d request them to be more scientific. Since they happen to be running a Chemist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So if you see the reviews, I am not the only one to give a 1 star or a negative feedback. Four others have taken out their time to speak about the pathetic service as well as attitude of their staff. Just because they are mushrooming all over doesn't mean that they will soon have a monopoly. More over they have no reason to treat as mentally sick patients or even patients, they need to treat us as customers. Just because we require medicines doesnt mean that they are obliging us. The outlet at Khar as pathetic attitude and the way they speak to any customer is worth recording. The person tonight told me that everything you say is being recorded by camera and microphones. Absolutely true. But he should have also realised that insitigating a customer is also recorded provided the management has the guts, time and open-minded attitude to see the footage. Last time Sahil from their office apologised on their behalf but none from teh store even bothered to apologise for their attitude. JP, the store manager thinks he owns the place. I will not let this die, because i also dont want clients to feel like helpless patients.
