★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son is getting treated here for the past 11 years and are being consistently guided by Dr.Prasanna venkatesh and Dr. Ramakrishna sir. The support staff and the hospital had been like a family to us .The hospitality and the guidence has resulted in a good recovery. We thank the whole team and the whole group of doctors who have been involved in the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Dr Venkatesh Krishnamurthy for my wife prolonged problem. He is very experienced doctor. Understood the patient problem in short period and prescribed simple in expensive medicine. Very much satisfied with doctor advice. Reception team team very friendly and cooperative. We need to arrive 45 minutes before appointment time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital but very very expensive. Seasoned doctors for what they specialise in i.e. Nephrology & Urology.
The attitude of doctors undergoing masters may improve a bit. Rest all is perfect.
The nurses, front desk staff, the sanitary staff, etc., are all good.
The costs are however on the higher side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience. They don't allow you to see the patient. It's better if they give treatment to any orphan because Family members are not entertained. Staff is very very rude and misbehaving. I kindly request if someone is seeing my comment don't prefer this hospital if u love you family. One star is also not worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NU hospital is one of the best hospitals that I would prefer for anyone. They take a very good care of patients. Also patients who go there will be cured very well. Doctors give best treatment. And Sneha who is a staff and part of gynecologist department is attentive and very caring about patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much delighted by the treatment by Doctors administrative system co operation of all staff and discounts in medicine etc. I recommend this hospital for people having kiney related or urology related issues. In my experience of do many hospitals this is the best that I have come across. My wife is doing well after prolonged illness and thanks to the treating Doctor and hospital

Doctors are qualified and talented
So outpatient experience is good. Cost of consultation is 700 rupees and above.
Doctors here love tests. Many tests are recommended. Test cost is on par with most other big hospitals.
In-Patient experience is shared below:
1) ICU nurse are excellent
2) Ward nurse are decently skilled. They are polite and friendly
3) Emergency Room nurse are useless.
4) Ward boy is excellent. He is a tall man with loads of patience. He is far more knowledgeable than the ward nurse.
I dislike this obsession for tests. Also noted here doctors keep recommending each other. So you might end up visiting more than 1 doctor. Not convinced.
The good thing is that doctors take time out and explain things. That is good.
