It's quite a relief nowadays to go to toilet also n I've stared to feel healthy n normal. THANKS Dr Kochar.

This is by far the best nutrition and diet program I found in Gurgaon. I am never feeling hungry after a meal or craving for junk. The program is more about a lifestyle change than just losing weight. It helps you eat right and make it a habit.
I do recommend anyone looking to get enrolled into a weight loss program then go for this. It will not just help you lose weight but lose it healthily.

I am reducing the medication gradually. Happy with the e program so far. I find Dr Kochar very knowledgeable, reasonable, responsive and considerate .
Although he is in India and I am in IS, I do not feel the difference. Program is effective and non burdens
