β β β β β Good diet plan, it helped me to reduce by 8 kgs in 7 months. Earlier I was using Herbalife products, which was not very effective and I regained the lost weight, though I continued to use Herbalife products. Following Mrs. Nigar's diet plan has helped me to reduce and sustain the weight loss. Since I am still yet to achieve my weight loss goal completely, hence 4 stars.
