I signed up with Nutrition Tattva in September last year for a 12 week plan. I have been trying different ways to lose weight for more than a decade and have never been fully successful. So, I was quite skeptical when I signed up. But, after I spoke to Ranjani, she instilled confidence in me and motivated me to stay focused. Gracy and Ranjani were with me as part of this journey each day ensuring that I eat the right thing and the right portion. I started losing weight from the first week itself and there was no looking back. The best thing is there are no over the counter supplements and the diet is prepared keeping your daily food habits in mind and ingredients that are very easily available. A special shout out to Gracy for answering all my queries immediately and making adjustments to the plan wherever necessary and keeping me motivated. At the end of 12 weeks, I lost more than 10 kgs and my HBA1C dropped from 6.4 to 5.7 which is unbelievable. I feel light, energetic and confident. I have been maintaining this weight since a month and my body is now used to less portions and healthy options. Thanks, Ranjani and Gracy. This is not the end. I do plan to sign up with Ranjani and team to lose a few more kilos and reach that ideal weight that had so far seemed impossible to me. I highly recommend Nutrition Tattva!

I wanted to reduce my weight with normal home cooked food, lifestyle changes and exercise. My main reason to choose Nutrition Tattva was that the weight loss process was based on food habit changes. I strongly remember the sentence from my first meeting that β€œThis is not a diet plan, but this is a nutrition plan to nurture your body by balancing the elements”. I enrolled in 12-week program, and I was able to lose 11kgs by just following the plan given to me. My energy level was amazing, and I did not crave for any extra food other than the plan. For me the best three things were: - Personalized diet plan that suited my work schedule - Daily support, reminder and picture sending routine which helped me keep on track - Knowledge gained about day-to-day items and portion size Over the course of 12 weeks Dt. Ranjani Raman and Shraddha were supportive and adjusted things as per my schedule. I am grateful to Ranjani and Shraddha for changing my life by changing my food schedule habits and empowering me with knowledge for future. Ranjani and her team did a wonderful, natural weight loss program . It was a pleasant experience with not much of stress and no pressure on eating as well. Lost about 6 kilos over a period of 12 weeks. I would strongly recommend her for a life long commitment to your healthy eating habits. Kudos to her management skills.

Ranjani and Shraddha are definitely someone you can handover your health goals by just following their plan religiously. What is unique about their approach is daily updates and continuous monitoring of the progress which makes you stick to the plan and goals. I can't say I will come back unlike other reviews since I am more equipped to maintain because of their plans. I lost 8kgs, reduced my sugar levels and became more fit and healthy. I would definitely recommend this team and their work.

I had a very good experience with Nutrition Tattva. They looked into the kind of food we cook at home everyday and made plans around those foods. Including the right foods in my diet certainly made me feel healthier. The plans were made such that we ease into the diet, rather than a drastic change, and because of that the diet turned into a habit. I've learnt a lot about healthy eating from the program. A huge thank you to Ranjani ma'am and Lakshmi ma'am for their guidance, support and constant motivation.?

This review comes a few months late but I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Ranjani & her team. From the first consultation right till the end of 12 weeks, the experience was uplifting, encouraging, positive & fruitful. Ranjani & Lakshmi patiently guided me through my many questions, concerns, frustrations and doubts. They also celebrated my wins & kept the entire experience wholesome. The program in itself was challenging at first but once I got into a routine, it got easier. I don't live in India but Ranjani was able to craft the nutrition plan in a way that was easy to follow using ingredients available for me. I learnt about the different types of food groups, healthier substitutes, portion control etc.

I enrolled under Nutrition Tattva to become fit for my wedding. I initially had doubts if I will be able to follow with discipline or give up in between but Ranjani and team kept me motivated throughout the journey. I achieved the results far more than expected and in a clean way. I wish I had known about eating clean earlier. It was worth every single day and I understood importance of each and every food. I signed up for a 3-month weight reduction plan with Nutrition Tattva and have been very happy with the results. Ranjani and her team were very professional, had the right approach towards a balanced a sustainable diet plan and kept motivating and educating me throughout the program. What I found most admirable was their philosophy of incorporating daily food items into the diet plan and abstaining from a 'diet fad' approach towards nutrition. Most importantly for me, not only did I end up losing weight and meeting my target through the program, I also feel much more confident in taking charge of my own health and well-being going forward. I would absolutely recommend Nutrition Tattva.
