★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my wall clock for repairing on 9 september 2021. I was told that the clock would be sent to the company for estimate and the next day the estimate would be given over phone. But when I did not receive any information in next two days, I had to visit the shop on 12th September. Then I came to know that the watch is still lying there unattended. I was told that the estimate would be given by the technician on reaching the shop. Later I was told over the phone that the clock would have to be sent to the company for repair and it would take one to one and a half months to repair. I took back the clock today and got my clock repaired from another shop in half an hour.
Can you say this good vustomer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worst experience ever. I went to nayasa to replace new battery in my skagen watch.
They inserted the battery that time it starts working but when she fit the cover of watch it's glass came out and she said it will take time to fit 2-3 working days. After a week she called and said we have to send it to service center as it stopped working. I went to the store after 2 weeks they said it dsnt have gas kit and needs service as it is not working.
Store manager is saying I won't take gurantee that it will work, I dnt know how watch stops working suddenly and they know it was working earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom is quite decent and has budget watch options. If you are looking for Apple and Samsung, then this is not the place for you. Staff is well aware of the features. And to my surprise, they were able to match the price that you get online Amazon, Flipkart etc. You should visit once!
