★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret taking flat via ocean Konnect, very unprofessional behavior my company as a whole. The broker I was dealing with was good and polite. But apart from him, If I had any problem and I contacted the company they will ask me to ask the broker. Where sometimes broker will ask me to talk to the main guy Rahul. They will not be clear with house owner, and make you go round and round for simple problems.
Make sure to know everything Like who is going to live with you, Who is the owner, what all restrictions are, make sure to get the agreement done. ask if other flatmates smoke, etc. In my case, they didn't let me talk to other girls before moving in, and I was stuck with chain-smoke for a month, after again and again complaining to a broker they promised to find a new place but at the cost of additional brokerage (which I didn't gave, coz I never got agreement done for new flat). Finally, I move to a flat owned by the same owner of my previous flat, they agreed to give me one room (because of covid, etc) but later when he realized that he could let whole flat to someone else, He started irritating me with weird rules like I can't invite guests (if I want they need to get agreement and police verification done for them), and he started irritating me and asked me to rent a whole flat, etc. lot of other irritating things. Finally, I left that place and found another place (just after 2 months), and my brokerage for the previous flat got wasted plus a lot of tension.
