★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT BUY OCEANUS PROPERTIES AS THEY STALL THEIR WORK AT ANY TIME, DEMAND MONEY AND DONT SHARE THE ACTUAL SCENARIO.
WHEN WE WITHDRAW AT THE END ONCE THEY HAVE STOPPED THE WORK COMPLETELY WHICH HAPPENED TO ME AT THEIR PROJECT OCEANUS CLASSIC, THE SO CALLED MANAGER VENUGOPAL WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CALL.
THEY HAVE CHEATED ALL THOSE WHO INVESTED AND HAVE TAKEN AS MUCH AS 45 LACS AND HAVE NOT RETURNED.
SAD INVESTOR, SAD PLACE AND A LIFELONG PAIN IS OCEANUS.
THEY PROMISED TO HANDOVER THE HOUSE BY AUG 2016. TILL DATE THE STRUCTURE IS NOT COMPLETED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic project which was supposed to be completed and delivered by Feb 2016 is not yet ready in Feb 2019. They do not even acknowledge the mails . Whatever info they provide does not match with the ground reality. They have lost credibility and trust of existing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked Oceanus Classic Apartments in early 2014, with promised possession by Dec 2016. Believe it or not it is almost end of 2020 and they still have 2 buildings in bare skeleton. They keep pushing the possession date every time we ask for progress and all the owners who have purchased in Classic are now paying rents and Pre EMIs both, and feels cheated. Not sure when will we get possession. Feels like hard earned money is going down the drain.
Can't blame COVID-19 related delay, the project was launched in 2013 and they were simply ignoring the woes of us, customers.
Oceanus Builders cheat shamelessly. They are not committed in delivering the promises. They make excuses everytime.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY APARTMENTS or PLOTS FROM THEM. YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a home after the pandemic hit.It made me realise how important it is to own a space for myself and my family rather than living in a rented apartment.I visited a couple of projects around sarjapur and most of the apartments were really cramped and without any utility and upon that they were exorbitantly priced.A friend of mine then recommended Oceanus Vista.Later on I visited the apartment and I was quite impressed with the light and the breeze that came from each and every room.The construction quality was pretty good too and there were quite a lot of amenities.I then spoke to the sales executive of oceanus and finalised my dream home.It was a smooth process and I'm happy with my experience with oceanus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a house is everyone's dream. It was mine too. However, my biggest concern was the price. Property rates can be unnerving and although I wanted to badly make an investment, this single biggest factor kept pulling me back. However, Oceanus allayed all these fears I had. I came across their project on the internet and decided to immediately go ahead with it. The features and facilities they offer are amazing for the kind of pricing they put in. This came as a huge relief.I will be moving into my new home in a week's time.Thankyou team Oceanus for making my dream come true.
