★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quiet good place to come in for a bike as Bajaj is one of the biggest brands for home-grown bikes in our country. Completely Indian. As for Odisha Bajaj I've given 4 star as the service is quiet good enough. May not be called as excellent. Still their behaviour & service is quiet good enough as compared to those of other coompanies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud ODISHA Bajaj, Zero rating for ODISHA BAJAJ.Very bad experience I get.Odisha bajaj gave me a defect pulsar 220.
I have purchased a pulsar 220 from Odisha bajaj, Bhubaneswar in June 2021 and in between 1st service I gote front wheel disc problem and when I complained there they just skip my problem. After my free Service now they refused that the problem is from beginning. Now,I need to make a consumer file on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service centre is a theif seriously, I went their to change my bike chain sprocket and in my absensce, they touched my new battery and replaced it with a old battery and didn't say anything to me. When I noticed my battery later, It was something else rather than factory installed "Exide Freedom" I remembered. When I approached them with the issue, they ignored me. THEY ARE THEIF AND DACOIT. Seriously, Its been 4 years with the ignition and self start problem, since they touched my bike and ruined the battery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service, also before purchase please verify that they are giving you new bike instead of old once, cause many complain arise regarding this issues, they just modify old bikes and selling through new bikes. If you can't identify then you loose.. So be careful before purchase from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time and energy. The executives there themselves don't have knowledge of their products. They even argue with you with their wrong perception. Attitude is very bad. Not responsive at all. Not advisable for customers planning for higher trim bikes.
