★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service...For any part failure if you go to replacement the part is missing...They will say you have to place order...When it will come they don't know...It may take 6 months to come... Excessive charges are taken from customers....Rough behaviour of sales and service section...Company helpline also doesn't work...Don't buy Okinawa scooters atleast if you are in Kolkata..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are big cheaters. We went in the shop to purchase the controller and brake pads of Praise model of okinawa. First, they didn't behave with us properly and then were asking double the price. When we tried to check online just to reassure the proper price of the parts, they became upset and started blasting us. End result, we walked out of the shop empty handed. Later, we found same parts price from 2 other dealers to be half from what they had quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ be aware of this seller in particular. no doubt the lack professionalism, rude behaviour, and skilled technician non availability of spare parts but more important to note is that they are dishonest up to such an level that a lead acid battery charger cost Rs 4000 which is almost double the price, okinawa ridge controller cost Rs 4800 which is double the the price they charge not only that to drop scoty at customers doors step due to pending registration......they charged Rs 500 to drp it at my home!!!can you just imagine?? i wish if i had uploaded my this reviews much earlier to save a few of my fellow citizen from a bunch of looters!!! and genuine reviewers.....i mean genuine reviewers ... just shared my hrrible experience i went through!!! just stay away from them. many other okinawa showroom s have been set up in hoogly district, namely at chandan nagar & mankundu may be an optopn. sorry Mr owner!! but truth is like a bitter pill to swallow....
