I am sharing my experience while I stay here, and I was having the same queries when I was planning to move to this PG.
It is full of all the basic facilities, like Electricity, water, internet, and the common facility like TV, Geyser, Washing Machine. So the good part is that this PG is located in a society so rarely Power cuts and water outage, with good internet connectivity.
PG rooms and bathrooms are maintained and clean daily. room is having Bed, Mattress, Pillow, and Almira. (I lived in a single occupancy room)
Food is tasty, hygienic, and balanced like homemade food, not like Dhaba's style food.
Parking is not an issue here, you can park your vehicle easily within society parking.
This PG is having good connectivity, and market availability. The good part is that all the basic needs and small food joints in the society market itself.
PG Staff behavior is also good (Polite, helpful) if you need any support. PG Owner (Mr. Satyendra) is a very nice person, I meet him personally and find him a very caring, kind person. he made my stay very comfortable like home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after staying here for last three months. The PG is really good, with options of single, double and triple occupancy rooms. Continuous electricity and water supply, Good WiFi connection, good beds without any bed bug issues unlike in many PGs, almirah, good food, smart TV, refrigerator, geysers, water kettle, washing machine, water filter for drinking water, gas stove, utensils, etc. are all provided as amenities. The rooms are all cleaned and very well maintained on a daily basis by a cleaning boy. And above all the owner is very kind, friendly and helpful. I am from Kerala, and when I first came to here, he helped me a lot in adapting to a completely new place. He is a very cooperative person as well.

I have been here for more than 1 year great veg food and company (roommates).
Overall feel like staying with family.
