I had damaged my phone display of One Plus 7 pro. I paid the full price and got it replaced in this particular service centre.. Some time after I go home my fingerprint sensor stops working.. I go to the centre again and they erase my phone and install some new software and it starts working but again as soon as I reach home... It's stops again.. I'm tired of going to the centre again and again for this.. They even gave me the assurance that this won't happen but yet it did. The rude employees are just a cherry on the cake!

Worst experience of oneplus service center. I gave to repair my one plus nord 2 phone. But when I came home after taking the phone, I noticed that its back panel is loose and there is also some dust particles inside the rear camera. These things are clearly showing how careless and unprofessional the technical team of One Plus. After that second vist in service center they clean my camera dust but back pannel was not fix permanently they just stick it by some glue and gave me. After came home back pannel of phone again loose little bit and the gap can be clearly seen.

A great experience overall! They are really polite and explain everything properly. As soon as you enter they ask you for the problem that you have, and then give you a token number. Depending on the number of people waiting you may have to wait upto 30 minutes, but it is usually under a 10 to 15 minute wait time. After that you're called to the desk and you can explain the problem. If needed they collect the device and give you a form stating the time at which the device was taken, the approximate cost for service(as applicable). I've had my screen and battery replaced on separate occasions. It usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the rush to get the servicing done meanwhile you can wait in the store or roam around the mall. As soon as it's done you're either called or messaged on your alternate contact, they also call out names in the store in case you don't have a secondary way to contact you. After that you can check the device and pay the amount due and that's it. Overall i was very pleased with the ambience patience and politeness of everyone involved. There is even complementary coffee while you wait!

One of the best service provided by this service centre. Gayatri attended my issue and Mr Eshwar had done the servicing in my mobile. They both have done a fab job and fully satisfied with their services

I had a wonderful experience with this service center. Very kind and helpful staff. The wait time is long (around 1+ hours) but it's worth it. Please plan your schedule accordingly. The staff got my phone examined by an engineer and explained about all possibilities that might happen if the phone is opened up for fixing. I had a problem with low call volume. This got corrected by just dusting the phone and they did not charge me for this. Highly recommended for getting your one plus devices fixed..

Customer service at its best, it was really smooth. As soon as I entered the service centre, I was attended and was asked about the issue I am facing. I informed them about my phone damaged they gave me a token, where in my number came in 5 minutes. All the detailed information was given to me about the process. These five stars are for the customer service associate Neelam Swami. They repaired my phone quickly and handed over to me in few hours. Also, they upfront followed up with me couple of times for the information they required which I like the most. Happy with the customer service it was super quick and before the given deadline.

I had really a good experience, they follow proper covid norms. Maintaining social distancing,then serve you with a smile on their face ? .They ask and confirm with you what has happened to the product and will give you information too. For every person there is a queue and we had to wait for 1 and half hour but given a good experience and they should open more stores.

Great Customer service , good ambience and managing appointment , all issues resolved. Thanks to engineers working to help especially Kajol and Viral who attended for my One Plus 6 battery related issue. Very happy with the after service OnePlus provides.
