★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very apathetic towards customers.I am very surprised to see the so-called reputed shops/ outlets are only interested anyhow to sell products.I don't know how the customers are delinquent owing to the debacle caused to all business sectors for last couple of years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a lackadaisical attitude towards customers.Even if you highlight a problem with your glasses,they would always show a defensive attitude with regard to their faulty handiwork.Definitely not worth it given the prices of lens as well as frames are increasing everyday.
