They don't repay the ammount in case travel cancel due to company's problem ..u have to struggle very hard to get back your money .

So when I booked a ticket through app the amount of Rs2572was deducted but the ticket was not confirmed and the number given in app will work but they will not be able to help you because payment receiving party is different so they will provide you another no for which you will be kept on hold for at least 20 to 30 mins and then you will need to waste your half day in calling the help line no and payment receiving no and explaining the same thing again and again. As I was in office and it took my half day to sort this issue so you can imagine how frustrated I am with the booking system.
Now let's come to busses as in amenities they have mentioned they will provide blankets, pillow, TV, snacks, bottle, Wi-Fi and many more....
Now the reality TV is there but nothing can be found neither movie nor songs nothing, wifi is also not working and snacks (size of a snacks oh my god.. so big that you can eat it in one bite one is cookie and one is namkeen) I have attached the images as well...
The only good thing was, they have provided a clean blankets and sealed bottle.
So on the basis of the cost of tickets I am not satisfied with the service from next time onwards I will not prefer orange bus for my journey.
