★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not participate much on google reviews. But I couldn’t digest how they have got 3+ rating because they don’t really deserve 1 star.
Horrible journey from pune to bhopal.
No seating arrangements near their office for passengers waiting for the bus for more than 2 hours.
Staff was behaving so rude. Directly telling passengers that there is no bus before 7:30 while there were many passengers waiting for the bus starting 5:30 to 7:30 and for all, the bus came at 9:30
I mean seriously, how can you be so pathetic. Even if there was some issue with the bus then you must have provided some guidance to the passengers instead of fighting with them.
There was food corner near by and no water arrangements and no seating and forget about washrooms.
I could write more but let it be.
