★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am frequent traveller to Pune from Nagpur and this was my worst ever experience with Yuga travels. Pathetic staff behaviour, no punctuality, they just keep looking for passengers every corner.
I was talking to Abhishek Shukla, and this guys is seriously denting Yuga image. Worst ever experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yuga travel's costomer care service is so bad. They stop there buses at those hotel from where they get big commission. And that hotel sell there food for the price more than MRP. Just taking benifits of traveller
