β β β β β The staff very rude no help bus is late always according to daily going passenger today i was travelling from aurangabad to pune the time of drop was 8:30pm and bus reached at 10:2pm and i was suppose to catch another bus from pune to goa at 9:30 and i missed it when I complained no response i got the office staff were I'm bus stoped was drunk it was very frustrating moment for me

I sent my mom on Pune to Jalna bus 3-11pm.
Driver dropped her at Aurangabad at 11pm without notice and left.
This is harrassment and kind of crime to leave the aged women on half way
