Bus is break down after just left the pune they don't arrange any another. .We are not reach destination at time it's about 8 hr let.. Very bad experience ever.. First time in life journey.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC. We are stuck in the middle of the highway at midnight. The bus has broken down. It is 3 am midnight. The so called managers / owners are not receiving our calls. Please do not take this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of bus service I have experienced. Writing this when I am actually inside the bus. The bus has such a pathetic suspension, you would always be in the air - bouncing or vibrating above your bed. When asked to the driver, he attributed it to the bad roads, as if I have never traveled by this route of Akola Mumbai by an air-suspension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bus travel I have ever visited.
I booked MH 27 9699 seat 25 for Rs.2300.
While booking they commit to provide following:
1. Water
2. Snack
3. Charging socket
4. Wifi
What they offer is:
1. Torn curtain
2. Bed sheets with shoe mark and dirt in it.
3. No water, no snack
4. They keep the charging point off, if asked they say it will be off
5. There are men sitting down exact beside my seat and curtains are torn. How would one think of sleeping this way.
They deserve ratings in negative number.
If it was not an emergency would never travel from such bus.

Charging point was in working condition ✅
Reading lamp was not working ❌
Bed sheet was not clean ❌
AC quality was Ok ✋?
Pectuality schedule Timing ❌❌❌❌❌ Big disappointment with timing bus was 3.5 hours late and they were wasting time in entire travel.
Driver and staff were decent and well behaved ?? Need good higher management to keep close track on timing of bus to reach destination.
No clean toilets at midway stops.
??????BIG SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT FROM MANAGEMENT side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the point where you get your bus of partner travel companies, you get buses for allover maharashtra so it is the very helping point for traveller's but the issue with this place is that there is no proper arrangement for passengers like there is waiting room is not available and next problem is about there is unavailability of hygiene food store, canteen etc. The washroom is also not available in this parking area. And there is need to improve the cleanliness in parking area. This parking area is getting full of water when rains so the changes are expected..!
