★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located near shivajinagar Sangamwadi Road it's a Travels Parking No 2 area Sangamwadi Parking ,Has Three Parking lots 1,2, 3.This place is known for Buses which goes to Different Destinations for expl: if you Travel by Pvt Bus to Nagpur so you can visit as per The Location of the parking zone.& Prasanna purple is also a Travels Pvt Ltd Bus Service so when ever you want to travel any Pvt Bus Service do visit to Sangamwadi Parking ok thks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy highly priced seat number 3 and 6 it's near door and it repeatedly irritate you while opening of door and sometimes may hurt to your leg.
When talked with staff they says they can't do anything as seat is small.
Also staff takes unregistered seats which delays your arrival time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel experience ever. I booked the most expensive Purple platinum bus for my travel from Pune to Nagpur. Not only the bus driver has switched off his phone, he went ahead without us.
Although thanks to the operator sitting in the Sangamwadi, he understood us and booked us another bus after an hour of our scheduled bus without extra charges.
Still the new Purple bus was pathetic, although the bus looked well maintained, but the driving was so slow and the sleeper was pretty uncomfortable. No sleep through out the journey. Cherry on top the bus got late by 3 hours ?
Prasanna has definitely degraded it's standard, punctuality and service. I will prefer anything but purple from now onwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prasanna purple is old and best travel agency. The staff they have is also good. I always prefer this bus. They have proper halts after every 2-3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I travel Pune Nagpur, I prefer Prasanna Purple only. They have good condition buses with good comfort to passengers. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Bus leaves timely as per their timing commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from Pune to Ahmednagar. My experience is really good. Bus was on time. Booked through Red bus app and made online payment. They have given seat Number, boarding point, contact details through SMS, wake up call (before Boarding and dropping) to me.
Bus was very good, neat and clean. Seat was very comfortable with AC, curtain, side light. Staffs were very cooperative in nature. Before reaching the stop, they will announce your destination.
