VRL bus service is never on-time and driving is very dangerous they hardly care about the passangers.

NO ALTERNATE BUS PROVIDED .
STILL WAITING FOR BUS FAILURE LOCATION FOR 3 HRS.
Delay by 3 hrs.
Bus àir breaks fail in Midway road.

I think they didn't find any other place.
This place is 100 meters aways from main road. No sign boards. Its not at safe to pickup bus from this point in the night. No sufficient street lights on the pathway.
They should have kept pickup point on the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus no. MH09CV0532, Route - Pune Nagpur - When I did the bus sanitization with my Own sanitizer my cloth was dark black after wiping the surface wall of my berth. No one in cabin crew was wearing mask, No temperature check of passengers (nor drivers neither conductor).
What kind of Safety is this for Pandemic situation ?
How will we fight the Virus ? Passenger beside me was sneezing overnight.
Moreover, Bus was delayed by 2:30 hrs from the origin itself, leaving the passengers to stay on road in this situation.
