Still not recieve all staff have less commitment their promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not surprised with the service quality of this Ford service centre toom Like many I have been to - Ghaziabad, Moti Nagar this too loved up to its expectstionnof poor engineers, lackadaisical staff and not so bothered managers. I reached here at around 5:50pm with my car (Ford eco sport) having broken down. Everyone was so much in hurry to shut the garage at 6pm that no one bothered to give me a write feedback. Only thing everyone kept saying was "gaadi chodni padegee apko, kal subah dekhengey exact prob kya hai". I had to tow my car from there. I couldn't have trusted anyone there. I wished if one manager level guy could have spoken to me, gave me assurance I would still thought of leaving my car there. No one came for help! These service stations are a big reason for Ford to not do well in India. Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were facing some issue while travelling from Gujarat to Haridwar . There were normal issue of some sound and team orchid solved it very quickly without taking a trail run that shows there profational aproch .
Also they didn't charged anything . Wonderful experience.

Ford Showroom is Closed permanently Because FORD left INDIA. But service centers are still running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have made my car like hell. It was working perfectly before service but for money making they have leaked my coolent system and said me it was leaked . Before that I was not facing any problem. It was not leaked before . I asked how much it cost , they said 4k . For everything they demand 4-5k . My car was working perfectly but after service lot of issues coming. They have stolen my engine cover too . I asked them they said there was no engine cover. I will not recommend anyone to service there. They are even servicing at high price and even stealing your items
