Being a regular customer of this bank’s branch, I have seen the staff performing their duties and delivering services punctually. Every now and then, I required services from them regarding net banking, Passbook, NEFT and other issues, and the staff has helped me to honour my commitments timely.
As far as the customers are concerned, this bank’s most of the customers are from the village. According to my father, it is a very old branch and he has been a customer since 1980 (rough idea). Whenever I visit it, I have seen most of the customers don’t follow the queues. We cannot blame the staff in such a situation. I think the staff is good.
About the ATM:
I agree to the fact that there is no cash most of the times (at least the times when i visited). Day before yesterday, I wanted to use OBC ATM for a reason, but there was no cash and many people before me returned empty handed. Yesterday evening again I went to this ATM for some ATM card related service but some person was sitting there chilling in AC. He was not wearing any uniform. He was just a local sitting inside the ATM booth talking nicely on phone. I guess these type of things should be worked upon. The concerned authorities should look into the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad responce. Specially first no Counter Excutive. I have Give application for chnage mobile no before 4 month ago. And executive assured me it is chnage after 24 hr but it is not chnage till now.No one pic call this time.
