★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing I want to clarify to everyone who are planning to buy vehicle from here. Only 2 bajaj staff are here. Other 2 persons are from finance and insurance respectively. Hence they will make you wait for a hell lot of time to solve even a small query. I went there today to buy a motorcycle. I had to leave the place dejectedly with bare hands as they had sold my bike to some other person. The showroom guy himself told me that the bike was ready in stock and I could take the delivery today only.
Apart from this they are well behaved but totally without any clue about new offers,. They lack coordination among themselves. From my experience what I have noticed is no one knows what the other person knows . Totally a chaotic situation. I strongly recommend you not to deal with these amateur ppl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Pulsar 150 on 9th February 2022 from Kalpataru BAJAJ (Batamore) but I was called for the first servicing on 16th March 2022 by this OSL BAJAJ. Being oblivious to the fact that these two shops and service centers do not have any connection between them and also the fact that it has been more than 30 days since I bought the bike, I went for the first servicing. They did the necessities and handed me the bike. At the end of the day when I was on road my "Check Engine" light turned on and somehow my fuel was depleting like no tomorrow. I called their office to no avail. I called the showroom from where I actually bought the vehicle and they informed me that my servicing date was not due for about 1.5-2 weeks and that my information is stored in the BAJAJ database from where these people got the details of my servicing and profited 500 rupees as the charge for engine oil. I was cheated and that too on my first servicing.
