β β β β β Our scooty's battery has been timed out and shree tvs taratalla said they will change it soon but it's been more than 20 days i am struggling and kicking my scooty every stop when i stop my vehicle on traffic it takes alot time to start self start makes the rider safe and it doesn't take time to start so i kindly request to solve this problem and i hope I'll get a call from your TVS SERVICE CENTER i hope youn to solve this problem as soon as possible coz it's getting me frustrated nowadays _____owner of the TVS NTORQ IS MD ADNAN ISRAIL .

β β β β β I have been doing my Ntorq servicing from here and the staffs are very polite .the guy named victor is very cooperative and helpful. Solved one of my problem with 10 min today. I m very much satisfied with their service.thank you.

β β β β β One must learn to behave in the first place. The salesmen employed there doesn't have an iota of servitude in them. Rude, arrogant and even reluctant to answer the customers.
I would definitely ask people to avoid visiting Sree Motors. A pathetic experience in terms of customer service.

β β β β β Customer service is very bad, you will find no coordination between staffs, very lazy, mostly busy in themselves discussing & chit chatting with colleagues.
All they do is bypass their jobs to someone else.
The spare store does not have a dedicated sell personal, the in-house officials comes gift gives & goes back to his desk after you wait for 15-20min.
Most parts are not available or may be but due to non available dedicated sells person & knowledge gap.
For an insured vehicle, they will fit the damage parts by paying your pocket & then claim it later, they do not take any sorts of ownership of the issue.
However they are very much towards up selling on over priced product.
Would recommend the other service center in bwanipore
