โ โ โ โ โ First things first, a very warm hospitality awaits you here. Secondly, it's classy and cozy. On the top floor, next to Tian, this European restaurant offers very lovely views of the greenery around. You may opt to sit inside or in the open. If you have an appetite for elaborate Italian food, you must check for their Saturday and Sunday buffet spreads. Else Ala carte is always an option.
I had a Saturday indulgence with my husband and we really enjoyed the soup, salads, pizza, pasta, main course and gluten free desserts. Since we both love exotic greens and salads, we relished every bit of the menu. Every ingredient is picked delicately.
The beetroot salmon was my favorite and I completely relished the pasta and pizza.

A cuisine which is born of the people, the territory and the seasons, and is not pulled out of nowhere for no rhyme or reason. It is so similar yet so diverse regionally ,protein and butter, cheese rich in the mountains and full of Vegetables and sea food at the seaside.
Simple, rustic and all the more beautiful, Italian cuisine is the mother of modern European cuisine. "Ottimo at West View" is a pioneer, serving this amazing cuisine in the most authentic manner possible. Since,it started about 3 years back with Chef Vittorio, it has come a long way till date. We had a lovely experience at this beautifully romantic restaurant which also has one if the best views of the city.
Chef Akshay Bhardwaj who recently got hold of its reigns has done an amazing job,the special menu curated by him is elegantly delish.
From soups, salads to grills and pastas each creation was better than the one before. Akshay ,I have seen you creating wonders previously too, but this one is fabulous and your true worth can be very well witnessed in what you have done. The hand made pastas, the intricate flavours in the cold soup and the finesse in the contrasting textures and colours of each ingredient used can be seen clearly.
Ottimo which translates into Excellent is a true interpretation of this premium address.

โ โ โ โ โ Loved the food and the ambience here. Its lovely to sit outdoors when the weather is conducive.
Recommended dishes - Stuffed Morrells, bruchetta, multi-grain base pizzas
Dessert - one of the best chocolate fondants I have ever had
Wine - the house wine is by Fratelli especially made for ITC and it was excellent.
Overall impressive menu and good service.

โ โ โ โ โ In short, I would recommend this place. The staffโs courtesy and service makes up for any shortcoming of the restaurant. Iโve had better Italian food, and been at restaurants with better ambience, but the overall experience is great. For me โ the food is 3/5 ; ambience is 4/5 ; service is 5/5.

โ โ โ โ โ Loved the European ambience, food is just fantastic..limited booking daily..pre-book before you go..I think it starts at 1PM till 6PM. You can take the buffet package and can just sit there whole time enjoying drinks, music and food. The view from the terrace is just great.

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely evening. Book ahead for an outside seating. Open only in evenings. Wheelchair access right from the lobby. Great view of the ridge, nice staff and service.
Ask for Mukul, very sharp and attentive person in the team. Good choices for the food and wines. Take his recommendation as well.
Grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and fries on the side was very good. Bruschetta is also great choice for the small bites.
They did a complementary cake as well for the birthday celebrations, much appreciated Mukul.
